He is a extremely creative cook, a traveling free-soul who has made the whole world to his home and is always on the lookout for new things. Conventions and rules do not lie to him, he can not be pushed into a drawer, and he always surprises with new ideas , He loves life, always wants to fully enjoy it and not miss a thing.

“Creativity is experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, starting again and having fun!”

His passion to perform small masterpieces in the kitchen he discovered already in his youth in Valencia/Spain. At first he lived his love of cooking and eating in his homeland. But this was not enough for the world traveler.

He traveled the world, stayed in different countries, worked in a lot of restaurants, and was inspired by various techniques, culinary delights and new cultures. In this way, he learned to refine his craft and to conjure his own personal touch, creativity and passion into his dishes.

After years of traveling and everywhere and yet nowhere to be really home, he found three years ago an island that captivated him, which he could not leave so quickly as other destinations- Holbox!

Now he is a chef in the Luuma Restaurant, and bewitch with his dishes all the locals as well as tourists and he is constantly creating new things – He is definitely the heart and soul of the Luuma!
